Über die Jahre wurde die Orgel vielfach erweitert.
Nachdem die Kirche 2012 von dem römisch-katholischen Bistum ''Diocese of Orange'' gekauft wurde, wurden sowohl die Kirche als auch die Orgel Umbauten unterzogen. Die Kirche erhielt eine neue - weiße - Innenraumgestaltung; die Orgel wurde von Ruffatti renoviert und ebenfalls in weiß gefasst. Im Jahr 2019 waren die Umbauarbeiten an der Kirche abgeschlossen; die Orgel wurde (nach einiger durch die COVID-19-Pandemie verursachte Verspätung) 2022 wieder eingeweiht.
Die Orgel hat insgesamt 17.106 Pfeifen, 293 Pfeifenreihen, 229 Stimmen ("''Voices''"), 31 digitale Pfeifenreihen und 2025 digitale Töne, insgesamt 302 Register (zzgl. 11 Perkussionsregister) und 384 Registerzüge. Insgesamt 10 Gebläse mit eienr Gesamtleistung von 31 HP versorgen die 110 Windladen der Orgel.
